Spectator Ticket Information
With spectator ticketing opening on Monday, Jan. 9th at 10am EST, we wanted to share some important information regarding our ticketing process. This year we will be using Team Codes for Spectator Admissions. In order to purchase a ticket, spectators will need to have the Team Code for the team in which they are coming to see. It will be the responsibility of the club to share this information with their spectators to ensure that they can purchase a ticket. The tournament staff will not be able to share Team Codes with spectators, so please make sure you inform your spectators accordingly. Team Code Information:
To keep our events private and better protect our junior athletes participating in events this season from any "undesirable" attendees, all spectators will need to enter a TEAM CODE at the Coupon Code prompt to access and purchase admission.
How Can I Find My Team Codes?
Team codes, also listed as USAV codes, can be found under the "Teams" tab on SportWrench or on the Governing Seasons "Teams" tab on SportsEngine.
Are Team Codes Limited?
There are no limitations on admission at this time for this event. Multiple passes can be purchased in one transaction.
Ticket Purchase Date & Time:
Tickets will go live for purchase on Monday, Jan. 9th at 10am EST
Ticket Pricing:
Weekend Passes (3 days): $40
Daily Passes (1 day): $18
Entry Instructions:
Spectators and coaches must show their QR Code and ID EACH TIME they enter the facility
Can I Share My Ticket:
No, tickets cannot be shared between individuals. Each ticket must be unique to an individual spectator. Tickets will have a first and last name assigned to the ticket.
Names on tickets can be changed to another name so long as the ticket has not been scanned. Once a ticket is scanned, it is no longer viable for a name change.
Refund Policy:
Submit all refund requests to info@lilbigsouth.com no later than the night before the event by 10:00 pm EST.
Once a ticket is scanned, it is not assignable to any other individual or eligible for refund.
Onsite Ticket Purchase:
There will be NO onsite ticket purchase. All purchases must be done online at SportWrench.com
COVID Statement:
LBS will abide by the City of Atlanta and the State of Georgia health guidelines.
We encourage any teams/attendees who feel more comfortable wearing masks to do so.
We are asking those who are not vaccinated to wear a mask while at the event
